Family Weekend 2021

Family Weekend 2021 is taking place Nov. 5 - 6, 2021! Family Weekend is our largest on-campus program for parents and family members. This event brings you together with the whole 49er community each fall semester. During this weekend, you will have an opportunity to explore campus and Charlotte; meet other students, faculty and staff; and show your #NinerPride as we cheer on the Charlotte 49ers in Jerry Richardson Stadium. You don’t want to miss this experience. To see the full schedule of events visit the NSFS website. 

Ticketed events include: Charlotte 49ers football game, Chancellor's Brunch, and the Alumni Tailgate. These tickets will sell out fast and we encourage you to registers for the events as soon as you can. Additionally, you will be able to purchase UNC Charlotte Family long-sleeve shirts during your registration. You will be able to pick these up during Family Weekend check-in

Registration will close on Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. or when we sell out of tickets.

Once you have completed your Family Weekend 2021 registration, we encourage you to check out the Family Weekend schedule to see a list of all the events taking place throughout the weekend. Additionally, Family Weekend will be happening in conjunction with Niner Nation Week and Homecoming! Niner Nation Week is a new UNC Charlotte tradition that will be hosting events all week to showcase our Niner Pride throughout the Charlotte community. We encourage you to check out their events to see how you can take part in these fun activities.
